This policy describes the general billing approach for subscription software sold by ZAK Labs LLC. Product-specific checkout terms will identify any additional conditions before purchase.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval selected during checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date. Applicable taxes may be added.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through the product's account or billing settings, when available, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access ordinarily continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error or a service was materially unavailable, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review the circumstances and respond promptly.
Free trials and promotions
If a free trial converts to a paid subscription, the checkout disclosure will state the conversion date and price. Cancel before that date to avoid a charge. Promotional terms may vary and will be presented with the offer.

Email support@zaklabs.a2zbulid.com with the account email, product name, charge date, and a short description. Do not send full payment-card numbers by email.
